The corona virus teaches us that we have no control over everything. None of us could have predicted that in April 2020 we would find ourselves in complete uncertainty. The amendment made to the Legal Qualifications and Guardianship Law in 2016, brought with it a significant line, for the first time the state allows us to make an ongoing power of attorney.
