Monthly cost - 24/7.

Office for a day for an individual - 300 NIS plus VAT - from nine in the morning to six in the evening only -

There are monthly credits for each permanent office, meeting rooms.

Unlimited use of the lounge bar and sun terrace for business meetings for permanent residents.

Monthly - Renting a workstation/desk in a shared space -- 1,290 NIS per month. Weekdays only.
Two days a week, weekdays - desk in a shared space - 790 NIS per month. Weekdays only.
Daily admission - 119 NIS - from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday.

Roof-Top - Bar, roof and terrace, for private parties, weddings and corporate events - including professional bar staff, amplification, lighting, projector, fully equipped alcohol bar.

Cocktail events and parties - up to 200 people.
Food - buffet and events seated around tables in the summer, up to 160 people around tables and the rest standing, in the winter up to 120 people around tables and the rest standing.
Theater seating for a performance in front of a stage - up to 150 people.

There is a night license and a license to sell alcohol.
Catering trays, catering and chefs, and various alcohol and cocktail packages.
