For 20 years she worked in tourism in senior positions. At the age of 32, she served as CEO of one of the Clal Group's Disneyhouses

Served as a director and led company mergers.

She then moved to Sabra Tourism and Recreation, which was owned by Nochi Dankner, where she served for about three years as the company's VP of outgoing operations.

Since 2010 has owned an independent company for strategy, development of managers and people.
